The Firm's administrative law practice includes advice and assistance, also before the competent administrative Courts, in connection with the privatisation and liberalisation of public services, public tenders, bidding procedures to award contracts for services or supplies, and transfer of shareholdings from public companies.

We assist foreign and domestic clients with respect to the regulatory issues pertaining to their activities, vis-à-vis governmental authorities and/or supervisory agencies. In this respect, our lawyers have the necessary skill for assessing the compliance with the regulatory requirements, both at the central and local level, pertaining to business activities and transactions in sectors such as, inter alia, chemical, pharmaceutical, tobacco, energy, banking and finance, telecommunications, distribution, transfer of goods and real estate.
