Antitrust The Firm's antitrust practice covers all aspects of competition law, advising on competition and regulatory aspects of M&A and joint ventures, distribution contracts, franchise and licensing agreements, trade associations and interlocking directorates, as well as advising on cartels, dominance and monopoly cases, both under the EC rules and the Italian Antitrust Act. We represent our clients in front of the Italian Antitrust Authority and before the ordinary Courts, as well as in appeal proceedings against the Authority's decisions. We are routinely asked to advise on competition-related risks pertaining to potential business transactions.

Unfair Competition Our practice involves unfair competition matters, including misleading advertising, and we assist our clients in obtaining injunctive relief, damages and cease-and-desist orders in front of the ordinary Courts, the Italian Antitrust Authority and the Advertisement Self-Discipline Jury, as well in the evaluation of ad hoc strategies and approaches.
